He has been a litigation paralegal since 2016, with most of his legal expertise in personal injury, including two years on the defense side and six years representing plaintiffs. Joshua also has a strong personal connection to caring for others, having helped run his mother’s daycare out of their home for over 20 years until her passing in 2021.
