About Joshua
Joshua M. Greatsinger is a partner at MGW Law dedicated to helping individuals, families and businesses fight back against unfair insurance claim denials. Since 2023, he has successfully recovered over $10 million in wrongfully withheld insurance benefits for his clients. Before joining MGW Law, Josh spent years representing insurance companies, where he witnessed a growing trend of insurers minimizing or denying legitimate claims. His perspective shifted after he experienced his own denied claim, which led to litigation. These firsthand experiences give him a unique advantage - he knows the strategies that insurers use to underpay claims and how to fight back effectively. Today, Josh devotes his entire practice to advocating for policyholders with denied or underpaid insurance claims, working to try to ensure that they receive the benefits they are rightfully owed.
