Joshua Marshall

Joshua Marshall joined Wescott Law in September 2024 after completing a clerkship with the New Hampshire Superior Courts. During his clerkship, Josh assisted judges with research and drafting orders for a wide variety of civil and criminal matters. Josh graduated magna cum laude from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2022, completing the distinguished Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program. While in law school, he revived the then-dormant Environmental Law Society.
