Joshua Martin graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics in 2002 and received his law degree from the Appalachian School of Law in 2008. He began his career with the West Virginia Attorney General's Office and has extensive trial experience in medical malpractice, auto accidents, personal injury, and workers' compensation. He is the lead attorney at The Martin Law Firm and has over 12 years of legal experience.
