Joy G. McNally focuses her practice on appellate matters. She has unique insight into our appellate courts based upon her experience serving on the staff of a number of Pennsylvania’s most distinguished appellate court jurists. She clerked for the late Chief Justice Ralph J. Cappy, former Chief Justice Ronald D. Castille, and current Justice Debra M. Todd, of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
