Hon. Janine A. Barbera-Dalli, a semi-retired judge, serves as Of Counsel to Hedayati Law Group. She received her BBA from Hofstra University (1983) and JD from St. John’s University (1986). With 39 years of experience, she previously ran her own law practice focusing on Matrimonial Law, Family Law, Real Estate, and Adoptions. She was elected to the Suffolk County District Court in 2012 and served as an Acting County Court Judge. She is admitted to practice in New York, the Eastern District of New York, the US Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, the Federal Court of Claims, the US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the US Supreme Court.
