Judith Denham

Judith focuses her practice primarily in the areas of estate planning and post-death administration, as well as asset protection planning, charitable planned giving and business formation. During law school, Judith served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Bernice B. Donald, Circuit Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and Justice Holly Kirby of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
