Judy grew up on Long Island, New York. After starting her family, she relocated to upstate New York earning her BA in Psychology from the State University of New York and her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2002. Judy practiced as a public defender in New York’s family court system in Fulton County, New York prior to relocating to Pasco County, Florida where she opened her office in 2013.
