About Julian
Julian Allatt is a founding partner at Rehmeyer & Allatt. He represents clients across Pennsylvania in U.S. District Courts, the Courts of Common Pleas, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, handling all stages of the criminal process from investigation to trial, appeal, and post-conviction relief. Julian's extensive experience includes representing clients charged with minor summary offenses, DUI, minor drug possession cases, as well as violent felonies such as armed robbery, burglary, aggravated assault, murder, and related offenses. He also has significant experience in handling cases involving the possession and distribution of controlled substances and dependency actions. Julian taught criminal procedure at Tufts University and regularly writes on topics related to criminal defense and criminal procedure.
