About Justin
Justin focuses his practice on personal injury litigation and mass tort litigation, specializing in helping individuals harmed by recalled or unsafe pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices. He has been named a “Rising Star” by Texas Super Lawyers (2021, 2022, 2023) and recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40” attorney by several national organizations. He is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, a Fellow of The National Association of Distinguished Counsel, and a Member of the Texas Bar College honorary society. He has experience in all three branches of Texas’s state government, including serving as a briefing attorney for the Texas Supreme Court and General Counsel for the Texas House Republican Caucus.
