About Justin

Justin Markota became an equity partner at Betras, Kopp, and Markota (BK&M) in 2021. A Girard, Ohio native, he graduated from Ursuline High School, Youngstown State University, and Capital Law School. He joined the firm in 2015 and has since become an integral member, known for his outstanding performance in criminal and complex personal injury and business litigation cases, including securing an acquittal in federal court and millions in settlements. He was named to BK&M’s Complex Litigation Practice Group in 2020.
