Justin Stiel Davis moved to the Rio Grande Valley in 2009. He graduated from James E. Taylor High School in Katy, Texas. He attended Texas Tech University as a triple major in Philosophy, English Literature and Language, and Finance, receiving Dean’s List and President’s List honors. He was a member of the Zeta Pi chapter of Sigma Nu Fraternity, serving as scholastic chairman. He attended The University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
