Kaine M. Messer earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UNLV and his Juris Doctor degree from Western State College of Law in Fullerton, CA, graduating cum laude. During law school, he was Senior Student Writer of the Western State Law Review, a Dean’s Fellow, and a member of the Honors Moot Court Team.
