About Kara

Kara was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. She graduated with a BA from Simon Fraser University where she studied anthropology and history and a JD from Gonzaga University School of Law. During law school, Kara was an associate editor of the Gonzaga Law Review and gained clinical experience as a Rule 9 intern. Prior to joining Morgan Hill, she practiced public defense in Clallam and Mason Counties. Her current practice focuses on family law. Kara enjoys concerts, digital and film photography, traveling, has two cats, plays piano, and experiments with analogue synthesis.
