Karen E. Heller joined Mortenson and Pomeroy in 1996 and in 2012 co-founded Pomeroy, Heller, Ley, DiGasbarro & Noonan, LLC. She is an accomplished brief writer and is responsible for preparing many of the firm’s written submissions in connection with appeals, trials, and substantive pre-trial motions in a variety of civil matters, including automobile and homeowners defense, insurance coverage matters, and medical malpractice cases.
