Ms. Karlin is a partner and shareholder at Armstrong, Donohue, Ceppos, Vaughan & Rhoades. Ms. Karlin’s practice focuses on the defense of health care providers in complex medical malpractice cases, and she has litigated cases in both state and federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia. In addition, she has briefed appeals before the Supreme Court of Maryland, the Appellate Court of Maryland, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Ms. Karlin also represents health care providers before professional licensing boards in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
