About Karina

Karina E. Rivas is a passionate advocate for individuals navigating personal injury and workers’ compensation claims, with a strong commitment to serving the Latino community. Her mission is to ensure that every client feels heard, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process. She earned her undergraduate degree from Hamline University and her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Before becoming a licensed attorney, Karina gained valuable experience as a paralegal and law clerk at a personal injury firm, where she second-chaired a trial even before being admitted to the bar-demonstrating her dedication and capability in the courtroom. Outside of her legal practice, Karina enjoys attending community events, cheering on Minnesota United FC (the Loons), and walking Minnesota’s scenic trails with her family.
