About Karl
Karl Hausmann practices commercial, construction, and real estate litigation representing contractors, property owners, and businesses. He also handles probate and personal injury litigation. Karl began his legal career at the Washington Attorney General's Office. He served as the President of the Snohomish County Bar Association in 2011. He was a Council Member of the Washington State Bar Association Construction Law Section and one of the authors of the WSBA’s Model Residential Construction Contract. Karl currently serves on the board of the Mukilteo Schools Foundation. He is a Past President of the Everett Port Gardner Rotary club. Karl has been a shareholder of the firm since 2004. Karl attended the University of Notre Dame and Seattle University Law School.
