Karl joined SS+D in 1991 and is a Shareholder and member of the firm’s Management Team, heading the Labor and Employment and Immigration practice groups. He represents management clients on labor and employment matters, including negotiating agreements, designing policies, conducting investigations, and handling union-related proceedings. He is a long-standing Ohio State Bar Association Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law.
