Karla Preciado is an attorney and co-founder of Garcia Preciado Law. Her legal journey began as a former auto insurance claims adjuster, giving her a unique understanding of insurance company practices. She has extensive experience in both pre-litigation and litigation, handling a wide range of personal injury cases including auto accidents, pedestrian accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death, sexual abuse, premises liability, products liability, and dog bites. Karla has recovered millions of dollars for her clients and is known for her methodical approach, transparency, and relentless pursuit of justice. She is a proud Loyola alum, where she excelled academically and was involved in the Youth Justice Education Clinic and the Riverside Public Defender's Office.
