Kate Garland

Kate was born and raised in Paducah and was part of the first graduating class from McCracken County High School. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Louisville and obtained her law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in both Kentucky and Missouri. Kate began her legal career in Saint Louis practicing family law.
