Kathleen M. Ortega

About Kathleen

A Miami native with deep roots in the Hispanic community, Kathleen M. Ortega graduated Cum Laude from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Biological Sciences. After working at Goldberg & Rosen, P.A., she attended the University of Miami Law School and rejoined the firm as an associate. She handles complex litigation matters including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and products liability cases. She is also an active member of the Cuban American Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and heads the firm's Intellectual Property practice after passing the United States Patent and Trademark Office Bar Exam in December 2017.
