Kathleen Miller

Kathleen C. Miller has been a member of the California Bar since 1999 and a member of the Texas Bar since 1991. She is a partner at O’Brien Law, PC and chairs the firm’s construction defect practice. Her focus is on general commercial litigation with an emphasis on construction, real estate, contracts, employment and probate litigation.
