About Kathryn

Katey Korslund graduated from Virginia Tech and the Appalachian School of Law in 2005. Her experience includes real estate, secured creditor’s rights, domestic relations, custody, divorce, traffic, criminal, and immigration matters. She is admitted to practice before the United States Immigration Court, the United States District Court of the Eastern and Western District of Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Court, focusing now on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
