About Kathryn
Kathryn Winkler is an attorney representing plaintiffs and policyholders. She graduated from the University of Florida and St. Thomas University School of Law. Prior to joining Chavin Mitchell Shmuely in 2023, she spent eleven years representing nationwide insurance carriers in coverage and claim disputes. She also served as an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University School of Law, teaching insurance law.
