About Kathy

Kathy Wisniewski has spent almost her entire 35-year career defending corporations in class action cases nationwide, both in trial courts and on appeal. Now semi-retired, she works part-time drafting complex motion papers and appellate briefs. She has successfully defended hundreds of cases alleging consumer fraud, unfair practices, and breach of contract, and has argued multiple cases on appeal in state and federal courts.
