Keith A. Truppman is a founding partner at Mintz Truppman, P.A., with 35 years of experience litigating insurance claims. He specializes in all areas of insurance law, including first-party residential and commercial property claims, bad faith, and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. He received his J.D. with honors from Santa Clara School of Law in 1984 and has been an AV Preeminent rated trial lawyer since 1994. He was named a 'Super Lawyer' in 2021.
