Keith Gould

Keith Gould was born and raised in Clarksburg, Harrison County, West Virginia, and makes his home in Bridgeport. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Fairmont State College in 1991 before attending the West Virginia University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1996.
