About Kellen

Attorney Kellen Pecht grew up in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. After spending a few years in the south Georgia heat, Kellen returned to Salt Lake where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication from the University of Utah. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon. While at the University of Oregon Kellen was part of the inaugural Summer Sports Law Institute at the UO. He also spent time at the Oregon Tax Court researching statutes, case law, and legislative history. Kellen also helped in the drafting of decisions regarding property tax exemptions and business tax apportionment. Kellen chose to work in law because he wants to help his clients find the best possible outcome. He listens and tries to be keenly aware of what factors are driving them towards legal help. Kellen is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. His practice areas include Workers Compensation and Social Security. In his free time Kellen can be found spending time with his beautiful wife and their two daughters. When not spending time with his family he is cheering on one of his favorite sports teams.
