Kelley, born and raised in New Mexico, began her legal field journey in 1989 as a legal assistant for insurance company attorneys. Witnessing the callous treatment of injured individuals, she later re-entered the legal field in 2012, dedicating herself to paralegal work. She earned her Paralegal Certificate in 2021.
