Kelsey E. Keef

Kelsey Keef is a Chattanooga native. She graduated from Girls Preparatory School and then attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she studied Business Administration and Spanish. Kelsey graduated from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in Memphis, Tennessee in 2019. While in law school, Kelsey clerked for several notable judges including the Honorable Judge Robert S.
