About Kelsey
Kelsey Fleener is an associate at The Spence Law Firm, growing up in Southwest Wyoming. A state champion golfer, she played Division I golf and earned multiple Academic All-American honors. She graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2016. Kelsey served as an officer and prosecutor in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where she was selected as one of the Army’s first Special Victim Trial Counsel. After leaving the Army, she litigated oil and gas royalty disputes and is now completing a graduate law degree. She also teaches Real Estate Law at the University of Wyoming.
