Ken A. Rosskopf

It is with heavy hearts that we share Ken Rosskopf passed away in August 2025. Ken's pioneering work as a bicycle law attorney and his dedication to cycling advocacy have left a lasting impact on our profession and community. Ken earned a B.A. in Economics and J.D. in Law at the University of Southern California. Before beginning his practice in Georgia in 1986, he practiced in California and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
