About Kendal
Kendal Sim graduated cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. Kendal began his legal career in commercial litigation, handling contract disputes, labor law claims, and matrimonial law, while also gaining experience in personal injury. He now exclusively focuses on personal injury law, finding it the most rewarding aspect of his profession. Kendal is dedicated to achieving individual client goals, settling cases pre-litigation for quick results or litigating when necessary. He has a track record of obtaining favorable outcomes tailored to his clients' needs. He has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Star List in 2022, 2023, & 2024.
