Kenneth L. Pedersen

Mr. Pedersen graduated from law school in 1972 and joined the firm of Parsons & Smith and was later made a partner in 1973. Mr. Pedersen then joined the firm of Webb, Burton, Carlson, Pedersen & Paine where he successfully litigated several mass tort cases including Toner v. Lederle which resulted in a $1.2 million verdict in federal court in 1984 as a result of the vaccine DTP. Mr. Pedersen has since tried numerous cases in front of juries both in and outside of Idaho.
