About Kerry
With decades of experience practicing law, Kerry is a valuable asset in helping victims and families affected by mesothelioma and asbestos-related diseases. In her current role, Kerry utilizes her extensive experience and legal expertise to advocate for mesothelioma victims, pursuing damages from corporations’ bankruptcy trusts. This firsthand experience ignited her desire to support others facing similar challenges. Prior to joining Flint Cooper, Kerry managed the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Program for a local law firm. Her professional journey includes trying jury cases, handling over 100 workers’ compensation cases, and representing injured workers at the appellate court level.
