Kevin J. McCullough is a founding partner of Mazow | McCullough, PC. His unique background includes working as an insurance adjuster and attorney for a national automobile insurance carrier, defending insurance companies, and serving as a prosecutor in the Essex County District Attorney’s Office. This experience makes him an expert in insurance bad faith and claims handling practices. He focuses on serious personal injury, wrongful death, and consumer class action litigation.
