The entirety of Kevin’s career has been in criminal law - both as a defense attorney and as a prosecutor. He has defended and prosecuted nearly every type of criminal case arising under Kentucky law, from DUI to felony charges, trying a large number of them to a jury, and also has extensive experience representing clients facing criminal charges in federal court.
