Kim Loutey is a nationally recognized lawyer representing plaintiffs in complex litigation, pharmaceutical and medical device mass torts, toxic torts, and other defective products. She has obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements and served in leadership capacities on national Multidistrict Litigations (MDL). She is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers 'Rising Star' from 2016-2022 and a member of The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.
