About Kimberly
Kimberly Charter was born in Virginia, raised in Dallas, and resides in Wylie, Texas. She obtained degrees in government and history from the University of Texas and her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law. She gained experience as a student attorney at St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice and later as an insurance defense attorney. She transitioned to representing plaintiffs in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice lawsuits. Since joining Thompson Law, she focuses on personal injury, auto accidents, general negligence, work injury, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, slip & falls, and dog bite cases.
