Kim was admitted to a highly specialized program through her university and law school which allowed her to receive her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate in six years. Kim is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is also admitted to the Bar in the State of New York.
