Kirby H. Smith, III

Kirby H. Smith, III graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a Business Administration degree and Wake Forest University School of Law. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Rocky Mount, NC, prosecuting various crimes. He returned to New Bern in 1995, working as a Criminal Defense Attorney and District Court Judge.
