About Kirkham
Kirkham Povall graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in 1971 and a J.D. in 1973. He is a founding partner of Povall & Jeffreys, P.A. and is licensed to practice in Mississippi, U.S. District Courts, U.S. Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has extensive experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, wills and estates, business law, farm property transactions, and criminal defense. He is a Fellow in the Mississippi Bar Foundation, a member of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers (2014), and holds an 'AV' rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He also served 27 years in the Mississippi National Guard and Army Reserve, retiring as Colonel.
