Kolby R. Smithpeters is the founding member of The Smithpeters Law Firm LLC, specializing in personal injury cases such as auto accidents, truck accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. His diverse legal background includes experience in the County States Attorney’s office and a judicial clerkship in the 5th District Appellate Court of Illinois. He has represented clients up to the Supreme Court of Illinois and also practices in real estate, employment law, and family law. Born and raised in Southern Illinois, he is also a Board Member at a local hospital.
