Kourtney I. Ballew is an attorney born in Huntsville, Alabama, and raised in New Hope, Alabama. She graduated valedictorian from New Hope High School in 2002 and earned a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Political Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2006.
