About Krista
Krista Corabi specializes in the defense of civil lawsuits. She has experience at the magistrate, arbitration and trial levels. She also participates in other forms of dispute resolution, such as mediation. Additionally, she has successfully argued several cases in front of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Ms. Corabi has substantial experience in the Orphan’s Court, including raising estates for deceased individuals and assisting minor children with injury claims. She assists with court approval and management of settlements; as well as proper distribution of funds to minor children who reach the age of majority. Additionally, she advises on the tax consequences of settlements obtained on behalf of a deceased person.
