About Krista

Krista McCarthy is a third generation Arizonan. Krista has lived in all three of Arizona’s major cities and has strong ties to each community. In 2005, Krista graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After college, Krista was given a scholarship to attend law school where she received the highest grade in her Constitutional Law and Torts classes. Krista has been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 2009. Since then, she has represented injured victims and their loved ones in a variety of personal injury and wrongful death cases including those involving motor vehicle collisions, commercial trucking collisions, premises liability, dog bites, storage unit theft/negligence, mishandling of the deceased, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice and equine liability claims. Krista is dedicated to pursuing justice and using her legal advocacy skills to promote safety and fairness for the citizens of Arizona.
