Kristen Scanlon focuses her practice on the defense of physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers in medical malpractice actions in both New York and New Jersey courts. Kristen joined Vaslas Lepowsky & Hauss LLP with experience representing defendants in civil litigation involving personal injury, premises liability, and labor and construction law. Kristen has worked with the Pace Women’s Justice Center Family Court Legal Program in which she represented survivors of domestic abuse, including drafting family offense, custody, and child and spousal support petitions.
