About Kristen
Kristen Tullos Oliver is a partner at The Barnes Law Group, LLC. She joined the firm in 2020 after clerking for the Hon. Linda T. Walker of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Before clerking for Judge Walker, Kristen was a senior staff attorney in the Home Defense Program of the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, a civil non-profit law firm dedicated to equal access to justice. Kristen represented low-income homeowners to combat predatory lending and prevent wrongful foreclosures. Kristen litigated claims in federal district and bankruptcy courts and state courts, including fair housing, mortgage lending and servicing violations, Administrative Procedures Act, Fair Business Practices Act, trespass, equitable mortgage, quiet title, and breach of contract.
