Kristen Walton is a Southern California native and an experienced attorney who began her career as a judicial law clerk, and, in over twenty years of law practice, has worked in the areas of NASD securities arbitrations, commercial contract disputes, wrongful termination, sexual harassment cases, insurance bad faith cases, estate planning, and family law. She now focuses her practice on representing individuals impacted by neglect or abuse in the nursing home setting.
